After retiring at 47 through business ownership ventures, real estate development ventures and a successful business exit, Ryan took some time off and is now opening OBD Investments, a direct investment syndicate aimed at helping friends and family build and grow capital through Direct Development Investing. With over 25 years in construction and RE development, Ryan is excited to leverage his expertise to help smaller new development investors create, grow and protect wealth.
